- Average stylist earns $27–$35/hour with tips, commission and bonuses
- Valid Maryland Cosmetology or Barber License
- A passion for cutting men’s hair and providing an exceptional experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented, positive attitude, and professional work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow through training and feedback
