The Planning Technician III will be responsible for permit review for all types of residential, commercial, signage, and use and occupancy projects, as well as planning assistance work, managing a specialized portion of the section’s planning and regulatory programs, referrals to the Planning Board, reviewing conditions of an approved development application, and triggers.
