Mission Technical Expert, Journeyman

Silveredge Government Solutions is seeking a Mission Expert to serve as a trusted expert in a specific technical or functional area, providing guidance and support to program managers, project teams, and other stakeholders, on the basis of personal technical expertise developed as a result of direct career experience. Develop and provide technical guidance, recommendations, and solutions to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects that will achieve customer expectations, as well as align with Army doctrine, regulations, and procedures.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine requirements for programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Ensure seamless integration of systems, technologies, and processes within the functional area, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provide input to strategic planning efforts, ensuring that organizational goals and objectives are informed by technical expertise, personal experience, and programmatic feasibility.

• High School Diploma/GED
• 10 years in a capacity directly relevant to the area of expertise.
• TS/SCI Clearance

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• TS/SCI with Poly
