Description:

* Supports the Business Financial Manager for CAD/PAD and assists with management of and preserving financial integrity for funding received from government resource officers, sponsors, foreign military sales (FMS), working with private party (WWPP) participants, and other stakeholders.
* The incumbent performs and advises on CAD/PAD acquisition and budget administration.
* The work conducted is concentrated on the formulation of budget estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including compiling, presenting, and defending complex financial and business decisions before authorities; reviewing and evaluating budget requests; controlling and reporting of obligations and expenditures; executing funding documents and ensuring complete and accurate financial reporting to report out on financial decisions.
* The incumbent will maintain and analyze tools to make sound financial and business decisions to include recommending costs; conducting benefits analysis of alternative methods and provide overall financial management of the CAD/PAD acquisition programs and operations by implementing acquisition acumen expertise adherent to those legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets, internal controls and providing data and advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition as well as appropriate use of funds to support the organization's activities.

* The incumbent regularly interfaces with N98, N411, PMA
202 and PEO (U&W) headquarter offices. Benefits:

The projected salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
