Securities Administration Services Analyst II
Location: Columbia, MD
Schedule: Hybrid/Onsite-- Need to be Flexible
As a Securities Administration Services Analyst II, you will play a key role in supporting Corporate Trust operations by processing and transmitting money movements tied to loan fundings and security payments. You will ensure that all transaction activity is accurate, compliant, and follows established controls and procedures. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process and transmit money movements related to loan fundings and security payments
- Reconcile daily cash movements to system or bank activity
- Provide remittance and correction information to servicers
- Research and interpret legal documents as issues arise with collateral or bond payments
- Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of transactions for Corporate Trust accounts

Qualifications & Skills- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services, accounting, or analysis or a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform basic tasks and processes within your area of expertise
- Knowledge and skills gained through formal training or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to analyze information and make sound, independent decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
