Schedule and Pay- Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm
- $22.00/hr
- Responsible for the overall security and residential safety needs of the community.
- Leads Security associates, assigns tasks, monitors day-to-day activities, and assists the Resident Services Manager with performance management to include end-of-year performance evaluations and disciplinary processes.
- Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the schedule is covered.
- Maintains a working familiarity with telephone, Arial, camera control, and access control computers.
- Performs all working duties of a Security Officer including but not limited to responding to events, patrolling, and monitoring surveillance.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of three (3) years prior related security experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- CPR/AED Certification required.
- First Aid Certification required.
