Birthday Party Captain - Part Time

Job Summary

As a Birthday Party Captain, you will lead birthday parties and special events at the Soccer Plex, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging experience for children and families. You will be responsible for coordinating party activities, supervising guests, and assisting with setup and cleanup in a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests and families in a friendly, professional manner
• Lead games, activities, and sports-based events according to the party schedule
• Ensure all children are supervised and participating safely during activities
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up party rooms, equipment, and activity areas
• Manage party schedules and transitions between activities efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and requests
• Ensure that all party supplies, snacks, and equipment are stocked and ready for use
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the party
• Uphold the Soccer Plex dress code and professional appearance standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years old and fluent in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Comfortable supervising children and managing groups of various ages
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and commitment to creating a fun, memorable experience
• Previous experience leading events, camps, or children's programs preferred

• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and groups at the same time
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred but not required

Additional Notes

• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Salary

$16.00 - $16.50 per hour, based on experience
