Job Description The Facilities Management Lead provides technical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic planning for mission-critical mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure systems supporting Department of War (DoW) High Performance Computing (HPC) and data center environments. This role ensures 24/7 operational readiness of critical infrastructure including chilled water plants, HVAC systems, power distribution systems, backup generation, and building automation systems while leading facilities personnel, managing contractor performance, and supporting large-scale infrastructure modernization projects.

This position serves as a primary interface between customers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure facility reliability, compliance, and mission success. #LI-VW1
#LI-Onsite Required Education, Experience, & Skills - 5+ years experience with facilities maintenance supporting data center or mission critical infrastructure preferred
- Experience supporting High Performance Computing (HPC) or high-availability environments
- Expereince leading teams, supervising contractors, and prioritizing work load
- Experience supporting construction and infrastructure upgrades
- Ability to speak and present in front of groups of people Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Technical Knowledge - Advanced HVAC and Chilled Water Systems

Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921
