Overview
ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Expert‑Level Application Engineer.
ResponsibilitiesDesigns software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation. Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer‑Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. Estimates software development costs and schedule. Reviews existing programs and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time and improving current techniques. Formulates and defines specifications for software applications or modifies and maintains existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer.
Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other task personnel. Responsible for quality assurance review and the evaluation of existing and new software products.
- Must currently possess an active NSA TS/SCI with FS Polygraph to be considered
- 12 years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED
- 10 years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree
- 8 years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years minimum experience and a Master's Degree
- 4 years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree
- Experience in the buildout and sustainment of Splunk
- Ability to apply systems engineering principles
- Experience with data analysis and knowledge of data processing
- Advanced experience in FE Splunk, with extensive knowledge in SPL (Splunk programming language)
- Experience with attending meetings and defining requirements based on customer interactions
- Experience with creating highly polished, high visibility deliverables for customers
- Experience with receiving feedback on deliverables and executing on that feedback
- Experience working with customers
- Knowledgeable in back‑end Splunk
- Knowledgeable in COMSEC
- Experience in ETL
- Experience working with MongoDB
