Lead Engineering in a High-Performance Packaging Environment
A well-established packaging manufacturer is seeking a hands‑on Plant Engineering Manager with direct experience in packaging production environments (metal, formed components, high-speed press operations).
This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for tooling, process development, equipment modernization, and plant engineering leadership in a fast‑paced packaging operation.

- Direct floor-level troubleshooting and production support
- Mentorship of engineering staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related
- 5+ years of experience in packaging manufacturing (metal packaging, formed components, or similar high-speed production environment strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting tooling and process development in a packaging plant
- Advanced Solid Works proficiency
- Strong understanding of production floor dynamics in packaging operations
Base salary up to $100,000-$130,000
12.5% annual bonus (paid bi‑annually)
Final compensation will be based on experience, location, and qualifications.
