Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr. – USD $/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

• Independently apply electrical and electronic theory to develop, refurbish, and verify C5
  
  ISR systems
• Producing custom engineering solutions, generating technical documentation, and delivering curriculum-level training to field personnel

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or computer science/IT (ABET/CAE) or an associate degree with four years experience or six years of experience
• Active DoD Top Secret (or higher) clearance
• Three or more productive years performing journeyman-level electrical engineering duties

• PE license or relevant DoD certification is advantageous
• Ability to read, create, and troubleshoot schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts
• Proficiency with bench-level test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers)
• Experience developing and delivering technical training modules and hands‑on labs
• Knowledge of DoD communication system requirements and relevant MILSTD specifications
• Strong technical writing skills for engineering reports, test plans, and training manuals
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with cross‑functional teams

SRC is a contractor for the U.S. government. This position will require U.S. citizenship as well as a U.S. government security clearance at the top secret level with Top Secret / SCI eligibility.

• Domestic travel up to 10% of the year (2 weeks)
• International travel less than 5% of the year, only when required for overseas coordination and clearance approval
