• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in building modeling and 3-5 years in HVAC system design.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software and creating models that comply with LEED certification and code compliance.
• Proven expertise in conducting lifecycle cost analysis and creating energy conservation reports.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building codes, and control strategies.
• Capable of evaluating and optimizing building systems for energy efficiency through advanced engineering calculations.
• Experience in preparing utility incentive applications and managing the application process.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in delivering training and presentations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, TRACE 700, HAP, Equest, and Open Studio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, cultivating strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
• A collaborative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
