Software Engineer, SharePoint Developer
KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Software Engineer/SharePoint Developer, to join our team.

This position performs a combination of tasks including both software engineering as well as SharePoint Online (SPO) development.
Primary Duties- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Update software or enhance existing software capabilities.
- As required, work with computer hardware engineers to integrate software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Build and automate modern SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to create workflows, dashboards, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to perform tasks under the guidance of journeyman and senior engineers, programmers, and managers as a valuable, contributing member of the team.
- Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
- Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or other related technical fields.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, four (4) years of applicable experience may be substituted.
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
CompensationThe estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation. While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines.
