Project Engineer; Water & Sewer

EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking a mid-level Project Engineer to work on impactful infrastructure projects. This hybrid role offers a balanced schedule with two remote workdays per week, supporting both productivity and flexibility. As a Project Engineer, you will be involved in multidisciplinary water and sewer infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, design, and execution of water and sewer infrastructure projects, including pipelines (water distribution and sewer collection systems), pumping stations, and associated infrastructure.
• Hydraulic modeling and pipe rehabilitations using traditional and trenchless technologies.
• Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions.
• Preparing detailed plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Providing construction administration services.
• Participating in public meetings and hearings.
• Supporting business development efforts to maintain client relations and drive company growth.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant utility design experience.
• A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to water and sewer systems.
• Familiar with using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
