Location: Annapolis, MD 21401 (Primarily in-office with on-site meetings with clients)
Salary Range: $104,200 – $161,600 annually

A nationally recognized consulting, engineering, and construction services firm is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join its Civil Engineering team. Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a Project Manager position supporting new business development, but candidates must have a civil engineering/land development background.
Lead and manage site civil land development projects from concept through completion
Prepare and oversee project design and analysis using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project goals and expectations are met
Identify and support new business development opportunities
Manage project financials, including budgets, billing, and invoicing
Mentor and support junior engineering staff
Implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Maryland
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision
Demonstrated experience managing commercial and residential land development projects
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Business development experience preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field
