Position SummaryResponsible for providing students with industry‑recognized instruction and training in the Career Technical Training Center

- Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures, ensuring no manipulation of student data.
- Ensures the Center meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals.
- Provides students with training that leads to Career Technical Training completion and industry‑recognized certifications.
- Delivers comprehensive and individualized case management to support student progress, achievement, and completion of the Job Corps program.
- Provides quality career technical training that supports student job placement.
- Offers students job leads and monitors the placement of all graduates.
- Ensures the classroom is well‑organized and conducive to learning.
- Holds students accountable for following the Center’s dress code and behavioral standards.
- Produces high‑quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner.
- Maintains appropriate attendance, accountability, and work productivity.
- Plans, prioritizes, and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong job knowledge and proactively maintains necessary skills.
- Mentors, monitors, and models the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH.
- Provides high‑quality supervision and management for the student population.
- Takes swift and appropriate action, positively influencing student behavior.
- Shows respect and courtesy to students and holds them accountable for their actions.
- Ensures programs and services are high‑quality and meet student needs.
- Pursues continuous improvement and enhancement of programs and services.
- Exchanges ideas and information clearly—both orally and in writing.
- Contributes meaningfully to group efforts with relevant ideas and knowledge.
- Provides quality and timely information to DOL/Company when requested.
- Effectively articulates thoughts, identifies problems, analyzes root causes, and recommends solutions.
- Follows up to ensure prompt and appropriate action and verifies that issues are resolved.
- Works in partnership with all departments to ensure effective student services.
- Accepts direction from the Center Director/Center Duty Officer/Shift Manager, including temporary assignments to perform responsibilities in other departments or positions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
