Private Piano Teacher role at Menchey Music Service. Community of musicians, help kids discover a love of music. Largest family‑owned music store with 80 studios across 8 locations.

• Teach 1‑on‑1 piano lessons to students of all ability levels.
• Communicate with students and parents about progress and needs.
• Build lesson experience beyond the practice room with staff and musicians.
• Use online scheduler to track attendance and assign practice.
• Complete weekly timesheets and required training via payroll/HR system.

• Two years of college‑level music experience or five years of music teaching/performance experience or a combination.
• Understanding of music concepts and effective communication to students of all ages.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality aligned with culture and mission.
• Patience to work with students of all ages and abilities.
• Specialty in one or more instruments.

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in music education or performance or related field from accredited institution.
• Experience working with youth and/or beginner musicians.

• Clean, safe, private studios.
• Marketing program to attract and retain students.
• Logistics handled: show up and teach.
• Dedicated Studio Coordinator and Manager for support.
• Recital opportunities for students.

Teacher availability weekday evenings beginning at 4pm or Saturdays.

$37.50‑45 per hour, determined by qualifications and experience.
