The Goddard School in Eldersburg, MD is currently hiring teachers for our classrooms. Our mission is to provide a wonderful, kind experience for children, families, and faculty alike. • Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Provide positive guidance, supporting social and emotional development.
• Establish positive and productive relationships with families.
• Develop lesson plans and build teamwork for a well‑run program.
• Understand and implement Goddard’s Health & Safety procedures.

• CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• 45‑Hour Infant/Toddler Certificate or 90‑Hour Preschool Certificate preferred (school will provide tuition assistance if not yet certified).
• EEC Certification preferred; will work with you to get certified.
• Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• 1–3 years of teaching or childcare experience (preferred).

• Base pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (full‑time).
