Adjunct Faculty - Business School (Accepting Applications)

Mount St. Mary’s University invites applications for part-time Adjunct Faculty positions in the Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business, beginning Spring 2026 and ongoing. Adjunct positions may be filled in one or more of the following areas based on the University’s needs and the successful candidate’s expertise:
Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing.

The Bolte School is accredited by the IACBE and is committed to preparing students for lives of significance in business and society. Programs emphasize ethics, leadership, entrepreneurship, and global perspectives, aligned with Mount St. Mary’s mission as a Catholic liberal arts university.

• Teach assigned courses in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing.
• Deliver engaging instruction and maintain high academic standards.
• Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
• Adhere to course outcomes and assessment standards established by the Bolte School of Business.

Required

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing (or a related field), OR a Ph.D. in one of these areas.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence.

Preferred

• Prior university-level teaching experience.
• Professional or industry experience in the field.
• Evidence of scholarly engagement and professional development.
