Location: Owings Mills
We need a four‑year degree teaching professional for our All‑School Qualified Classroom position (Infant and Toddlers certified, School‑Age certified, and Pre‑K qualified). The minimum experience requirement is two years, and the salary range is $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, commensurate with work experience (2‑5 years) and education.

- Manages classroom, ensuring compliance with all MSDE‑OCC regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provides a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
- Maintains attractive and current classroom/hallway displays and an educational and informative Parent Board that is updated regularly.
- Creates and implements thorough, timely lesson plans that are age‑appropriate and stimulating by weekly themes and Celebree’s curriculum; manages effective classroom transitions.
- Assists and supervises children during all activities; counsels children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
- Ensures the classroom’s appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment are appropriately maintained.
- Accurately completes all classroom paperwork, e.g., Sunshine Reports, accident reports, and attendance records.
- Communicates effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns promptly, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
- Identifies opportunities and/or problems in the classroom and school and works with the assistant teacher and/or school director to resolve them.
- Required to drive a minivan. Clean MVR, no more than −2 points.
- * Must possess at the time of hire a Bachelor's degree in education, special education, or child development from an accredited and verifiable higher education institution, OR a Bachelor’s degree in any field accompanied by 1,800 hours of work experience in a state‑approved or regulated child care facility.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the job’s essential functions successfully. The job requires frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, lifting, and carrying, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
