We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gastroenterologist to join our esteemed medical team. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to focus exclusively on procedures and call duties, providing compassionate care and advanced treatment in a collaborative environment. Required Skills:

  • Valid medical license and board certification in Gastroenterology
  • Proven experience performing 14-16 procedures daily
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, with weekend call responsibilities (one weekend per month)
  • Strong procedural skills and clinical judgment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, procedure-focused setting
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with advanced endoscopic procedures
  • Prior work in inpatient or procedural-only environments
  • Bilingual abilities or diverse language skills
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 3 years of post-residency or fellowship experience in Gastroenterology
  • Prior experience in hospital-based procedural settings
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to perform procedures in accordance with facility standards and protocols
  • Willingness to work full-time on a long-term basis—anticipated assignment from May to December, with potential extension
  • Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
