We are seeking a Cardiologist to join our growing, multi-site cardiology practice. This is an outpatient-focused position within a private practice model, complemented by hospital rounding responsibilities. The role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team committed to delivering high-quality cardiovascular care. Youll work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to support excellence in patient outcomes and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease (and/or specialty)
• Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Energetic, motivated, and collegial with a strong team-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Dedicated clinical staff: RN and MA assigned to each physician

• Highly competitive compensation package
  : $50,000 signing bonus, guaranteed base salary
