We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our client's dental practice on a full-time basis in Westover MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

-4:30 pm ET
Work Days: 5 Days Per Week

Requirements- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid Maryland dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Proficiency in Exodontia
- Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus for those interested in treating younger patients.
- Strong understanding of infection control practices within a dental office setting.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Experience with medical records management is advantageous.
- Perform thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Conduct various dental procedures, including restorative work, oral surgery, and preventive care.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Dentrix software.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe dental clinic environment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
