Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and caring Certified Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Certified Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has a current license. Positions also available for non-certified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss treatment plans with patients and answer any questions they have
• Record medical history
• Disinfect, sterilize, and prep dental equipment and operatories
• Assist dentist during procedures and exams
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
• Schedule appointments

Qualifications

• Associates Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB)
• Previous experience as a dental assistant desired, not required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care
• Age 18+
