TEMP | x Inbound Customer Service Officers; Indigenous Trusts

Mutual Trust is seeking two temps for a phone-based, inbound role supporting Indigenous trust beneficiaries. If you enjoy being busy, you’ll have a steady flow of inbound calls, clear guidelines to work from and the training you need to get up to speed quickly.

• Take high-volume inbound calls and respond to beneficiary enquiries
• Guide callers through trust distribution applications and next steps
• Process applications accurately and update records
• Escalate sensitive/complex matters to the right team members

• 2 years+ contact centre or high-volume customer service experience
• Calm, clear communication and excellent listening skills
• Accurate admin follow-through and solid computer skills
• Reliability, maturity and the ability to work to deadlines

• Onsite in Nedlands
