- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to handle inquiries about properties and services.
- Manage and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and property inquiries.
- Provide clients with updated information on property listings, prices, and promotions.
- School leavers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Friendly, polite, and confident in speaking with customers.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
