Sales Assistant

The Property Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team by providing professional customer service and accurate property information to potential clients. This role focuses on assisting walk-in customers, handling inquiries, and supporting sales activities at designated properties or events. It does not involve outbound sales calls.

• Provide property information and assist customers with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate and assist during property exhibitions, open houses, and sales events at various centers or residences.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on client requests as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth communication and efficient customer service.
