Salary Range: $90,000-$103,000, depending on experience.

We are seeking:

A Media Specialist shall use applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications to develop, modify, or import graphics, illustrations, photos, models, or animations. Develop conceptual illustrations. Develop digital graphics and artwork for platforms such as online training, in-person training, web pages. Develop graphic materials for print sources such as posters, brochures, banners, annual reports. Use iconography, typography, photo imagery, color schemes, and illustrations to create templates, infographics, webpage layouts, animations, motion graphics, videos, infographics, etc..

Conceptualize, direct, capture, and edit digital videos, animations, and motion graphics. Collaborate with teams to develop educational training and promotional materials for various platforms. Understand and ensure all designs follow 508 compliance guidelines. Be proactive and able to work in a moderate-to-fast paced environment with quick turnaround deadlines

Our minimum requirements for this role:

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Power Point
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Microsoft Word
• Bonus skills:
  Adobe Animate, 3D development
• The ability to talk about or show how you would create a mood board for a web-based training course on cybersecurity
• The ability to talk about or show how you would transform a PowerPoint template provided to you that contains walls of text and minimal guidance on what to do for graphics
• Candidates should have a portfolio available. This should include:
  • Samples that are current and date back to five (5) years, at most
  • Examples should showcase a wide variety of graphics such as templates, concepts, posters, videos, etc.
• Shall have at least four (4) years of experience with media production
• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associates plus two (2) for a total of ix (6) years of experience will be accepted. In lieu of a bachelor's or associates degree, an additional four (4) years of experience, for a total of eight (8) years, is acceptable.
