Noble Recruiting is currently recruiting an experienced Estimator in Brentwood, Essex to join a well-established company specialising in passive fire protection and construction works
.
- Prepare estimates and pricing for fire protection projects
- Run survey reports, take-offs and mark up drawings for pricing
- Complete client tenders for passive fire protection works
- Carry out site visits for estimating and pricing purposes
- Assess labour requirements and prepare project programmes
- Obtain and review material quotations from suppliers
- Prepare defect schedules and support project costing
- Attend supply chain meetings and communicate quality standards
- Previous experience working as an Estimator within construction or fire protection
- Ability to read drawings and carry out take-offs and cost estimates
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors
