This is a full-time hybrid role for a Metal Framing and Drywall Estimator, based in New Market, MD, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for metal framing and drywall construction projects, analyzing project plans, and collaborating with project teams. The estimator will review project specifications, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing, and ensure cost-efficiency.

The role also requires regular communication with clients to align project expectations and plans.

• Proficiency in Framing and Carpentry to accurately assess and estimate construction needs
• Experience in estimating metal framing snd drywall jobs. Experience in multifamily construction is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Commercial Construction processes and project management
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation and budgeting
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools, along with excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
• Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable
• Ability to manage a hybrid work schedule with occasional on-site work in New Market, MD
