At Communications Construction Group, the Field Project Coordinator works directly with the project management team and is responsible for coordinating/monitoring the activities of construction crews and/or subcontractors to ensure new construction, repair, and system maintenance activities are completed within established timeframe and specifications.

• Ensure execution of overhead/underground CATV construction duties such as: placing hard‑line cables, frame and strand poles, transfer facilities between poles, place cable in joint trench, and safe operation of construction vehicles and cable trailers.
• Perform detailed walkout of outside communications plant
• Coordinate construction efforts with Project Manager / Construction Supervisors for project completion by predetermined deadlines including site access scheduling
• Review daily work sheets from field/subcontractors and update tracking reports
• Requisition materials needed for construction operations
• Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where personnel are working
• Function as liaison with customers
• Other duties as assigned by Management

• Verifiable experience in the telecommunications/CATV construction industry
• Experience interpreting construction/contractor blueprints and as‑builts (a plus)
• Experience in outside field surveying preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be a dependable self‑starter, able to work unsupervised in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment
• Good decision making, analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to clearly explain issues
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening
