Position Overview
Santoni, Vocci & Ortega, LLC is a boutique litigation law firm based in Timonium, Maryland, focused on tenants’ rights, consumer protection, and personal injury matters. We are committed to providing professional, compassionate, and results-driven advocacy for our clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Legal Intake and Marketing Manager to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and to support the firm’s marketing and outreach initiatives. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive client experience and supporting the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries
- Conduct initial intake interviews to gather relevant case information accurately and professionally
- Manage, track, and follow up on leads using the firm’s CRM system
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, including social media content, email newsletters, direct mail campaigns, and community outreach efforts
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve intake processes and client acquisition strategies
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism consistent with a legal environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in legal intake, customer service, sales, or marketing preferred
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and social media tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems preferred
- Salary Range:$44,000-$60,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
