what will the Project Analyst at Terrestris do?

The Project Analyst is a key personnel position responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data; developing reports and presentations; and maintaining project tracking systems, documentation, and databases to support program effectiveness. Additional duties include coordinating meetings and travel, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow aligned with organizational objectives.

What does a typical day look like for the Project Analyst?

You will:

  • Prepare, format, and organize analytical reports, presentations, and supporting documentation in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Attend meetings in person or virtually as directed by the CO or COR.
  • Plan, develop, and execute program analyses of moderate complexity to assess operational effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Design, maintain, and monitor integrated project tracking and reporting systems to support cross-functional program oversight.
  • Provide analytical input to supervisors for evaluating program performance, milestone attainment, and operational progress.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, forecast requirements, and support the development of visual and written reporting materials.
  • Maintain internal databases, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and integrity across platforms.
  • Implement document control procedures to ensure version consistency and accessibility for project stakeholders.
  • Collect and synthesize data from diverse sources to support ongoing analytical initiatives.
  • Summarize research findings and contribute to the development of comprehensive reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Organize and manage repositories of research materials to facilitate efficient access and reference.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to support analytical team operations.
  • Arrange travel logistics and process reimbursements in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Execute additional administrative and support functions as required to optimize departmental performance.
What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:

  • Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s Degree in Project Management, or a related field; education requirement may be waived for 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A minimum of (6) years of experience in a role of similar scope and responsibility.
We are extra impressed by folks with:
  • Experience managing projects of comparable size, type, and scope—particularly for office or light manufacturing facilities.
