We are seeking a Staffing Associate. In this role, you will assist with critical functions such as talent acquisition, marketing, and operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will receive mentorship and gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of business operations in a government contracting environment, helping to drive efficiency and growth across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This position allows telework.

• Familiar with the government defense contracting industry.
• Experienced with applicant tracking systems, Linked In, Indeed, and recruiting tools.
• Experience with Slack, Google Suite, and Asana
• Willingness to become familiar with HR policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with labor laws and company guidelines.
• A strong communicator, with the ability to engage effectively with team members.
• Driven and focused on career growth, consistently seeking new challenges and opportunities to advance professionally in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $65,000 - $125,000.
