We are looking for Sr. Business Process Consultant in Hanover, MD for 6+ months contract position.

• a. Education:
  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field. An MBA or MPA is preferred.
• b. General
  
  Experience:
  
  At least eight (8) years of experience in business process reengineering.
• c. Specialized
  
  Experience:
  
  At least five (5) years of experience in reengineering large-scale business processes. Demonstrated knowledge of Minority Business law.

• a. Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Master’s Degree or project management certification is preferred.
• b. General
  
  Experience:
  
  At least ten (10) years of experience. Applies and develops process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization contracts.
• c. Specialized
  
  Experience:
  
  Demonstrates ability to transition contract teams, facilitate project teams, and coordinate enterprise-wide reengineering efforts. Coordinates knowledge transfer and demonstrates strong writing and oral communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Project.

• Provides daily supervision and direction to Business Process Reengineering Specialists.
• Demonstrates a leadership role in at least three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Minority Business law.
