Position SummaryThis non‑salary (hourly) Operations Coordinator role provides critical administrative, logistical, and operational support across multiple systems within the Northeast Region (NH, VA, MD, CT). The responsibilities maintain seamless workflows, accurate record‑keeping, and effective communication, ensuring field operations run efficiently and remain compliant.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle and Fleet Management – Manage the Northeast fleet, coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, vehicle swaps, and safety paperwork.
- Billing Support – Serve as primary contact for contract partner billing, reverse invoicing, and financial transaction accuracy.
- Meeting Management and Coordination – Create and support regional meetings, staff meetings, and all‑employee events.
- Regional Administrative Support – Oversee day‑to‑day admin tasks, ordering supplies, tracking onboarding, managing SharePoint, and acting as Safety Lead.
- Customer One View Management – Facil calls on customer issues, update tickets, and ensure rapid resolution.
- Emergency Management Support – Coordinate travel, lodging, and communications during emergencies.
- Project Support – Contribute to operational projects such as CPE Swap, On‑Call Database, and Fiber Documentation.
- OpEx‑Cap Ex Management – Process travel reports, PO/REQ creation, inventory procurement, and meet finance managers.
- CPE Reconciliation Management – Track equipment coordination and warehouse functions.
- Operational Inventory Management – Maintain inventory of critical operational items and calibration schedules.
- Engagement and Employee Support – Coordinate events, open‑door policy, and expressions of sympathy for employee losses.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting – Analyze and share tNPS, tech scorecards, and performance data.
