Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with global commercial objectives for bioprocessing products; recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers; identify new market opportunities and establish key customer relationships; monitor market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development; collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product launches and customer experiences.

- Proven ability to translate market knowledge into effective sales strategies
- Strong financial competence with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle for complex life sciences products
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Experience leading multi-layered sales organizations, including Business Development and Account Management
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Experience with both direct sales models and channel partner management
