- Maintain documentation for all Default projects and ensure alignment with strategic business goals
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
- 3-5 years of related experience or training
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business regulations and technical procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting information effectively
- Proficient in mathematical calculations relevant to business operations
- Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
- Familiarity with change management processes and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead training sessions and presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
