Overview

Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving success for both clients and the organization. As an integral partner to the Senior Underwriter/Broker, you’ll combine analytical expertise with relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. This is a production role.

Your expertise directly influences risk management strategies and client satisfaction. This is more than underwriting—it’s about shaping outcomes, building trust, and contributing to the growth of a leading insurance organization.

How you'll make an impact
  • Be the Decision Maker:
    Evaluate complex property and casualty risks, applying strategic judgment to accept, modify, or decline coverage. Your insights will shape the protection of businesses and assets.
  • Drive Results:
    Grow a portfolio of accounts with clear production and service goals, ensuring every client interaction reflects quality and precision. Networking and marketing to new and established retail brokers.
  • Collaborate and Influence:
    Work closely with field teams to gather critical information, defend underwriting decisions, and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Think Beyond the Basics:
    Assess property value, location, usage, and safety features to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company guidelines.
  • Own the Process:
    From underwriting individual applications to servicing accounts, you’ll ensure smooth operations and deliver measurable impact.
About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
