We are Elmar Holdings, the parent company of Elmar Heating & Cooling, Elmar Group, and Trade Pro Supply. We are looking for a competent and responsible bookkeeper to manage standard bookkeeping tasks in a full‑time (40 hours) in‑person position based out of Timonium, MD.

Base pay range: $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Record day‑to‑day financial transactions and complete the posting process via Quick Books.
• Verify that transactions are recorded properly in Quick Books.
• Pay off accounts for local vendors & suppliers related to the branch.
• Reconcile bank statements against the company ledger in Quick Books.
• Run payroll for all employees with the assistance of the branch manager.
• Communicate with headquarters to ensure all processes are followed correctly.

• Fast learner, good with technology.
• Prior bookkeeping/money management experience.
• Prior education is also a plus.
