Position SummaryThis role provides critical administrative, logistical, and operational support across multiple systems within the Northeast Region (NH; VA; St. Mary’s, MD; Grasonville, MD; CT) to ensure efficient field operations and compliance. It encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities that are integral to the daily operations and strategic objectives of the field operations teams, ranging from vehicle and fleet management to finance and project support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the Northeast Region fleet, including registration schedules, OSHA inspections, preventive maintenance, and vehicle safety documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for contract partner billing, handling reverse bill invoicing and monthly bonus incentives.
- Coordinate and support regional meetings, including the monthly North East Operating Review, weekly staff meetings, and quarterly all‑employee events.
- Provide regional administrative support such as ordering office supplies, coordinating training and onboarding, and acting as the Northeast Safety Lead.
- Facilitate weekly conference calls for Customer One View issues, ensuring timely status updates and accurate ticket processing.
- Assist with emergency management support during storms, coordinating travel, hotel arrangements, and employee support.
- Contribute to operational projects such as the CPE Swap initiative, On‑Call Database maintenance, and Fiber Documentation.
- Process travel and expense reports, oversee PO/REQ creation for inventory and annual support requests, and meet with the Finance Manager regularly.
- Manage CPE Reconciliation and coordinate equipment tracking.
- Maintain an inventory of critical operational items, tracking quantity, serial numbers, and calibration dates.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and support a positive work environment.
- Filter and share performance data, including tNPS results and tech scorecards, to support data‑driven improvement.
- Utilize CSG and FSM systems for customer appointment management, ticket creation, and equipment tracking.
