NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Frederick, MD area.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain safety of team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, the Manager directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, drives sales initiatives of Mavis, communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides repair information, and strives to meet expectations.

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties.
