About

The Role

Responsible for assisting a team of Community Association Managers.

What You'll Do
  • Assist two Community Association Managers with a portfolio of 6-10 properties each.
  • Organize, prioritize, and respond to a large volume of calls, composing letters, memos, and emails daily.
  • Regularly respond to requests from residents on various management services.
  • Coordinate bulk/mass mailings.
  • Maintain filing system for the communities.
  • Submit work orders/maintenance requests at the discretion of manager.
  • Send out email blasts.
Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Able to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Sen Earth Co  Web-Based Property Management software is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, be very detail oriented and have great time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work in a very fast paced/demanding environment and produce quality, error-free work.
  • Problem solver, independent thinker and self-initiator.
  • Professional letter writing, spelling & grammar.
  • Able to manage multiple schedules, projects and expectations.
Education & Experience
  • Association management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in an administrative assistant role preferred; 3 years required.
Physical & Environmental Conditions
  • Work requires no unusual demand for physical effort.
  • Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of offices, meeting or training rooms, conference halls or commercial vehicles (e.g., use of safe workplace practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations).
Pay Range

25 - 25 USD per hour (Corporate Office)
