Position: Part Time Executive Assistant Needed!
Location: Timonium

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our executive team and help streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Assist in coordinating events and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of executives.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support project management tasks and track progress on various initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Schedule
  • 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours.
