CSP has partnered with a well-established commercial real estate firm in their search for an Admin/Assistant Property Manager. This individual will support Senior Property Managers with day-to-day property operations, tenant communications, and administrative functions in a fast-paced, in-office environment. This position is fully on-site, five days per week, in Owings Mills, MD.
Responsibilities- Manage tenant correspondence, rent increases, and collections communication
- Process and code invoices; maintain bill logs and reports
- Create and close work orders
- Maintain property and tenant records, contracts, and insurance documentation
- Assist with weekly reporting, meetings, and court documentation
- Support overall office and property management operations
- 3+ years of administrative experience (in-office environment)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required
