Position: Project Officer (Junior) with Security Clearance
Location: Hanover

Title Project Officer (Junior) Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Project Officer (Junior) to provide program management, administrative, and operational support to a federal program office. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across various functional areas. Responsibilities
* Track and report on the status of external taskers, ensuring timely and accurate submission of responses.
* Lead and facilitate the weekly team synchronization meeting.
* Support product team operations and administrative activities, including researching, refining, and responding to acquisition, operational, administrative, and programmatic suspense items, taskers, and data calls.
* Review, edit, and track all internal and external staff actions through completion.
* Develop, coordinate, and manage briefings, presentations, and key event documentation.
* Ensure efficient coordination among team members and stakeholders to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

* Education:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum)
* BA/BS from an accredited college or university required

* Experience:

* Minimum of two years of experience in project administration or coordination.
* Demonstrated experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders and team members.
* Clearance:
