Position: Facilities Manager (Junior) with Security Clearance
Location: Hanover

Title Facilities Manager (Junior) Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc.is seeking a Junior Facilities Manager to support day-to-day facility operations for a federal customer. This role is responsible for coordinating building maintenance, vendor activities, space management, and facilities-related administrative support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facilities operations and strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities
* Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and operational systems.
* Coordinate space utilization and layout planning for offices, meeting rooms, and common areas.
* Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
* Assist with storage management, equipment preparation, property coordination, and move-related activities.
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation of office and common-area furniture and equipment.
* Escort non-cleared personnel and contractors during on-site work as required.
* Assist with mail, courier, and shipping service data in collaboration with federal counterparts.
* Provide general facilities and administrative support as needed.

Required Qualifications

* Education:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

* Experience:

* Minimum of five years of related experience in facilities management, maintenance, or operations.
* Clearance:
