About the role
  • Responsible for assisting a team of Community Association Managers
What you'll do
  • Assist two Community Association Managers with a portfolio of 6-10 properties each
  • Organize, prioritize, and respond to a large volume of calls, composing letters, memos and emails daily
  • Regularly respond to requests from residents on various management services
  • Coordinate bulk/mass mailings
  • Maintain filing system for the communities assisting with
  • Submit work orders/maintenance requests at the discretion of manager
  • Send out email blasts
Qualifications
  • Must be advanced in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Able to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently
  • Knowledge of Sen Earth Co  Web Based Property Management software a plus
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, very detail oriented and great time management skills
  • Able work under pressure, meet deadlines and work in a very fast paced/demanding environment and produce quality error free work
  • Problem solver, independent thinker and self-initiator
  • Professional letter writing / spelling & grammar
  • Able to manage multiple schedules, projects and expectations
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years as administrative assistant role preferred; 3 years required
Physical & Environmental Conditions
  • Work requires no unusual demand for physical effort
  • Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting or training rooms, conference halls or commercial vehicles e.g., use of safe workplace practices with office equipment, and/or avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations
