The Big TaskSupport the day-to-day operations of the business by helping ensure administrative, marketing, and internal support work is completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
This role provides flexible support across multiple areas of the business and will evolve over time as the company continues to grow.
Key Sub Tasks- Support general administrative and operational needs across the company
- Assist with marketing and brand-related initiatives, including support for photos, video, and content
- Help coordinate and support company events and internal initiatives
- Assist with documentation, organization, and process support
- Support accounting, HR, and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized task lists and follow-through on assigned responsibilities
- Take ownership of work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Other administrative duties as needed to support the team
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Willingness to do a wide range of tasks — not just preferred ones
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Entry-level or early-career background in business administration, operations, or marketing
- Interest in learning how a growing service business operates
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software
- Organized, process-driven, and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible, coachable, and eager to grow

$20-22/hour, based on experience
