Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $48,000.00/yr

What the Facilities & Operations Assistant does:

• Assisting with day-to-day school operations, safety, and campus access
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor services
• Supporting emergency preparedness, fire drills, and crisis response
• Managing supplies, inventory, and operational documentation
• Assisting with school closings, delayed openings, and special projects
• Supporting students and staff with facility-related needs
• Performing other duties as assigned

What the Facilities & Operations Assistant brings to the team:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in facilities, school operations, maintenance coordination, or a similar role preferred
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or emergency situations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a school environment with students
• Valid driver’s license preferred
